Margaret “Marge” Rondina, age 91, of North Branford, long-time resident of West Haven, beloved wife to the late Raymond “Barney” Rondina, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2018 at CT Hospice in Branford. Born in New Haven on June 14, 1926, Marge was the daughter of the late Anthony and Stella (Vuolo) Esposito. She was a long-time parishioner of Saint Paul’s Church. Marge was an active member of the Minor Park Women’s Auxiliary and Allingtown Seniors. Most importantly, she was an amazing caregiver to her entire family for most of her life. She enjoyed cooking and loved watching her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Linda Rondina of East Haven, Kathy (Larry) Goodmaster of North Branford, Angie (Mario) Lucibello of West Haven, grandchildren, Mickey, Christopher, Michael, Allison, Raymond, Mario, great grandchildren, Michael, Sophia, Camille, Frank, Mia, Brianna, Dominic and Samantha and sisters Rosemarie Leigh and Stella Darzen. Marge was predeceased by her brothers James, Anthony, and Thomas Esposito.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11:00 AM in Our Lady of Victory Church. Meet directly at church. Interment will follow in Saint Lawrence Cemetery. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CT Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, CT 06405.
